Last week a supply ship destined for the ISS blew up on it's way to orbit.  Russian officials say they have identified the problem.

That didn't take long.

The usually reliable Soyuz rockets came under scrutiny after the crash.  The Soyuz is critical to the ISS as its the only way to get astronauts and supplies to and from the space station.

Engineers claim the problem was a malfunctioning gas generator in the rocket's third stage.
