Rick Santorum Drops Out Of Race For The Presidency

It has been a long fought road to get to this point, but it looks like Rick Santorum has decided to step out of the race.

After his daughter was hospitalized for a disorder known as Trisomy 18, he had taken time from the campaign. People thought he was going to get back into the race after her release from the hospital.

He decided that this was the point in which he would step out of the race for  president. With primaries in 5 states (including his home state of PA), he still did what he felt was best for his family and the party.

What this means for the race for the republican nomination, we can only watch and see.
