West Texas A&M is the school of choice for many local students.  Unfortunately the return on investment of attending the school is one of the lowest in the nation.

Payscale.com surveyed 850 four year universities and found WT's return on the monetary investment of an education at the school at only 5.3%.

Four year graduation rates are 25%, the six year graduation rate jumps to 43%.

The average salary of a WT grad is a little over $39,000 per year.

Eastern New Mexico is worse at a ROI of 3.3%.
