Ransomware Virus Attacking Amarillo Computers

There is a nefarious new computer virus bringing computer troubles to those on the High Plains.

The virus locks your computer and puts on the screen a notice that all your files have been encrypted and will be deleted if you don't pay the $500 ransom.

If you fall victim to the scam you are advised to turn off your computer immediately and seek the help of a professional computer techinician.
