Sixth-ranked Randall stayed perfect in district play last night with a sweep of Dumas.  The Lady Raiders improve to 28-7 on the season and 8-0 in District 3-5A.

Also in that district, Canyon won in four over Hereford and Palo Duro beat Plainview in three sets.

The team with the best record locally is Bushland.  The Lady Falcons routed Perryton to improve to 33-1 on the season and 4-0 in District 1-4A.

Highland Park won its District 1-3A match against Childress and River Road needed five sets to edge Tulia.

– The West Texas A&M women’s soccer team plays at Eastern New Mexico tonight. The Lady Buffs are 4-2-3 overall and 2-0-2 in Lone Star Conference play, while ENMU is 1-3 in league play.

- The WT women’s golf team had a record-setting final round of the 2017 West Texas A&M Fall Invitational, winning the tournament by 23 strokes.  The Lady Buff team shot a school-record 3-under 285 yesterday on the La Paloma Course at Tascosa Golf Club.  The Lady Buffs carded a school-record 581 score for the 36-hole tournament.

The men’s golf team finished play yesterday at the Western New Mexico Fall Intercollegiate.  The Buffs came in 15th for the tournament.
