Police Investigating Amarillo Girl’s Abduction; Held In Lubbock

Lubbock Police are investigating an Amarillo girl's claims that she was held captive in a Lubbock house the last two weeks.

Police Captain Jon Caspell has stated the girl told officers she was abducted in Amarillo two months ago.  She managed to climb out a window of the house where she was held and fled to a nearby McDonald's where she called police.

A SWAT team served a search warrant Saturday and three men have been detained for questioning.  There have been no arrests and no names have been released.

Police are also investigating whether a second girl was at the home.
