Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky Charged With Sexual Abuse

Former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky is charged with acts of sexual abuse over a 15 year period. Two school officials have stepped down in light of this news for covering up the allegations. All three men continue to assert their innocence.
Joe Paterno released a statement stating he was saddened by the accusation against Sandusky. Paterno has stated that he reported a shower incident that took place involving Sandusky in 2002.
Penn State is trying to keep this news from harming the image and reputation from it’s long time and successful coach “Paterno”, who has led this team to a pair of National Championships and five undefeated seasons since 1966.
