Pampa Police Officer In Stable Condition After Shooting

An incident in Pampa has sent one officer to Lubbock after a shooting.

The incident happened around 10:35am Tuesday when Pampa police investigated reports of shots fired .When authorities arrived at the residence in question they were shot at while attempting to make contact.

Patrol Sergeant Houston Glass was shot and eventually taken to a Lubbock hospital where he is now in stable condition.
