OSU Demolishes Purdue In Heart Of Dallas Bowl On KIXZ

The Oklahoma State Cowboys went bowling New Year's day on KIXZ.  It was a great game, unless you were a Purdue fan.

The game was a blowout victory for the Cowboys, 58-14.  OSU finishes the year 8-5.  It is the most lopsided bowl win for the Cowboys since the 1988 Holiday Bowl.  OSU pushed their lead to 45-0 late before Purdue was able to get on the board with the first of it's two touchdowns.  The Cowboys lead at the half 28-0.

OSU's 58 points is also the most in a bowl game at Fair Park, topping a record set in 1995 by Southern Cal.
