Oklahoma City Panhandler Gets Busted Driving New Car After Being Given Money [NSFW VIDEO]

I have seen panhandlers my entire life.  It is hard to determine who genuinely needs the help and who is out to scam you.  Well, this man in Oklahoma City actually confronts a panhandler and I don't blame him.

I know that sometimes people fall on hard times and panhandling is just something they do to survive.  I have often given money and don't think twice about it.  But then there are those people that you get a weird feeling about.

On October 2nd of this year, a man in OKC saw and confronted a lady panhandler.  He often gives her money out of the goodness of his heart and when he sees her driving a brand new car it infuriates him.

Some cities actually sell panhandling permits.  The woman who posted the video states in the comments that OKC sells panhandling permits for $200. But the city of OKC says different.  In an interview with an OKC news station, the OKC development manager, David Adcock said: “There isn’t a license for panhandling. There isn’t anything that doesn’t allow panhandling. Anyone can ask anybody for help or for money."
