Nobody likes being pulled over by the cops, so imagine the surprise on one police officer's face when he was pulled to the side of the road -- by a civilian.

That happened this week after Motocross champ James 'Bubba' Stewart flipped on his faux red-and-blue police lights, signaling the undercover Chevy Silverado in front of him to pull over.

Much to Florida-based Bubba's surprise, the car was filled with off-duty cops. He was immediately arrested and charged with the felony of impersonating a law-enforcement officer.

Stewart says the flashing lights were purchased at a flea market, but hasn't specified why he decided to use them.
