The public is invited to comment at the end of every city council meeting but there are limitations regarding what can be asked and what can be answered.

The City Council meets at 5:30pm on the first Tuesday of the month and at 3pm the following Tuesday.  Meeting agendas and minutes are available at www.amarillo.gov.  City Council meetings are broadcast live on Suddenlink Channel 95 and can be streamed from the city's website.

Mayor Paul Harpole is hosting a town hall meeting today that will be free of time restrictions and topic limitations.  The town hall meeting is at 5:30pm at the Amarillo Public Library's Downtown Branch at 413 E. 4th in the Harrington Library Consortium Room.

The public is invited to attend.
