Man Trimming Trees Electrocuted, Killed

A tree trimming job turned tragic yesterday morning.

Shortly after 9:30am the APD were called out to the 2000 block of S. Milam on reports of an occupational accident.

According to reports, 46-year-old Emilliano Garcia was using a pole saw to cut tree limbs when he accidentally hit power lines and was electrocuted.

Garcia was pronounce dead at the scene.  An autopsy had been ordered and the investigation continues.
