Man Sues White Castle For Bigger Seats

A man in N.Y. has decided he's waited on his local White Castle long enough to instal promised bigger seats for his large girth.  Instead of taking the law in his own hands, he's taking them to court.

Martin Kessman is 290-pounds and loves a White Castle burger.  Sadly the seats are too small.

He's been trying for two years to get the restaurant to instal larger seats.  They even promised to do so but have yet to fulfill the promise.

Kessman says he has no problem finding a big seat in other restaurants.  And now he's grown tired of waiting and is suing White Castle for the larger seats.
