Man Returns Lemon Van; Takes Out Six Other Vehicles

Ever bought a car that turned out to be a lemon?  One gentleman did and when they wouldn't take it back he took the law in his own hands.

David Cross' wife purchased a van from a Portsmouth used car lot.  Upon getting home and upon closer inspection the van turned out to be a lemon.

An internet showed it had been in a wreck, the odometer didn't work.  His insurance agent told him he couldn't insure it and his mechanic told him to take it back.

The dealership declined.  David Cross the returned to the dealership where he promptly rammed his lemon van into several of the dealerships cars.  He claims he didn't hit a vehicle under $20,000.

After the incident Cross flagged down a police officer and turned himself in.
