Man Makes Thousands Of Prank Phone Calls To Feed Pantyhose Fetish

One man's obsession with pantyhose led him to make more than a few prank phone calls in an effort to get women to discuss their intimate garments.

Thankfully the cell phone era has ushered in a decreasing amount of prank phone calls.  But not everyone has given up the age old tradition of anonymously calling for less than proper usage of the lines.

A central Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to probation after making more than 400 lewd prank calls asking women to discuss their pantyhose.

This is after an arrest over a year ago from when he called a Hooters restaurant repeatedly with the same goal.

Forty three year old Rip Alan Swartz says he is ashamed over the thousands of calls he has made over the last five years.  That's enough to start it's own support group.
