Man Caught Using Transmitter Under Ex-Wife’s Bed To Avoid Hearing Her Have Sex

Wayne Cripe lives with his ex-wife in Pennsylvania.  They have separate bedrooms.  He doesn't mind her sleeping around, he just doesn't want to be home when it's happening.  So he installed an audio monitoring device under her bed to make sure he misses out.

At least that's what he told police.

Police have charged him with hiding a remote listening device.  His wife found the device and phoned it in.

Cripe said he was tired of overhearing the lovemaking and wanted to make sure the 'coast was clear' before coming home from work.

Additionally, he claims the device didn't work anyway.
