LA Police Officer Punches Special Needs Woman In The Face [VIDEO]

I was completely shocked when I saw this video. Police are often accused of acting inappropriately, but are given the benefit of the doubt due to the difficulty of their jobs. These LA Police Officers appear from this video to have crossed the line.

Police brutality has been exposed like never before due to the cell phone age. It doesn't take much for a  person to whip out their cell phone and capture almost anything on camera.

This incident is very disturbing as it involves a special needs person. I think that more care should be provided to these people and that law enforcement should have protocol to follow in these cases. This didn't happen here. You can clearly see this officer punch this special needs lady in the face.

The police also threatened to jail the man who video taped the incident if he didn't surrender his cell phone.
