19 Year old Guadalupe Olivarez Jr. was shot and killed, and not that it is any comfort to his family; the shooters have been indicted for the terrible crime.

Two brothers have been indicted in the September shooting death of an Amarillo teenager.

The indictments, returned by a Potter County grand jury on Thursday, were publicly released Monday.

Patrick Baca, 22, is charged with murder, a first-degree felony, in the Sept. 4 shooting death of 19-year-old Guadalupe Olivarez Jr.

Authorities allege Baca shot Olivarez once in the chest when a fight erupted about 2 a.m. in the parking lot of Liquids Bar, 1013 S.W. 10th Ave. Baca remained in Potter County Detention Center Monday in lieu of $1 million bond.
