Malls all across the country have seen some rough times, and the Pampa Mall has not been immune. Right now, the mall is just over 50% occupied with only 13 tenants. But that is about to change. Hobby Lobby has announced they are moving into the mall space. It's part of a $2+ million dollar overhaul of the property inside and out. Part of the renovation is focusing on bringing in more large tenants rather than having to attract 40-50 smaller renters.

Hobby Lobby will bring 30-40 new jobs to the area plus future job openings with future tenants. Hobby Lobby is slated to occupy the old K-Mart on the north end of the mall and should be open by August of 2018.
