I've got this twice removed cousin that lives in the area and he fancies himself quite the horseman.  He really can ride fantastically.  It's the dismount he has trouble with.

While Larry's talent needs some refining, he is a little young.  Additionally he has a bit of a learning disability and it's important to constantly reinforce his efforts.
