Grain Lower, Cattle Higher, Pork Mixed On The Chicago Board Of Trade
CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was 1.25 cents lower at 5.6225 a bushel; March corn was 2.50 cents lower at 4.2150 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.9950 a bushel; while March soybeans loss 31.50 cents to 12.85 a bushel.
Beef was higher while pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle was .80 cents higher at $1.4010 a pound; March feeder cattle was .23 higher at $1.6815 a pound; April lean hogs gained 22 cent to $.9212 a pound.
