Grain & Cattle Lower, Pork Higher On Chicago Board of Trade
CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was unchanged at 6.6975 a bushel; May corn was 4.25 cents lower at 4.9750 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at 4.1075 a bushel; while May soybeans higher at 3.25 to 14.77 a bushel.
Beef lower and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was .20 cents lower at $1.3460 a pound; May feeder cattle was .62 cent lower at 1.7790 a pound; June lean hogs gained .15 cents to $1.2070 a pound.
