Grain And Pork Futures Mixed, Cattle Trading Higher On Chicago Board Of Trade
CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board f Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was 10.50 cents lower at 6.7475 a bushel; May corn was 3.50 cents lower at 5.04 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at 4.1125 a bushel; while May soybeans was 1.50 cents higher at 14.85 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was .48 cent higher at $1.3695 a pound; May feeder cattle was .33 cents higher at 1.7710 a pound; June lean hogs loss .30 cent to $1.2730 a pound.
