Grain And Cattle Mixed, Pork Higher On Chicago Board Of Trade
CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was 5 cents lower at 6.1475 a bushel; March corn was .75 cent higher at 4.275 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.5475 a bushel; while March soybeans were .25 cent higher at 13.35 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
February live cattle rose .03 cent to $1.3300 a pound; March feeder cattle was .67 cent lower at $1.6570 a pound; February lean hogs rose .75 cent to $.8640 a pound.
