Governor Chris Christie To Announce Whether He Will Run For President

Governor Chris Christie is biding his time waiting to announce whether he will run for president or not. This has other conservatives very anxious and waiting for his decision.

The word is that a Christie run for president would spell big trouble for Mitt Romney as they share portions of that part of the conservative base. Rick Perry on the other hand has to be hoping that Christie will throw his hat into the ring, as that will divide much of the vote that is currently trending towards Mitt Romney.

If Christie runs and splits that vote, it will open up a good chance for Rick Perry to surge ahead in the votes. If Christie decides to stay out of the race, then Rick Perry has a long battle ahead to beat out Mitt Romney for the Republican nomination. When and if Chris Christie were to run for president, you can expect the left to dig deep into a closet that has been mostly left closed until this point.
