First Lawsuit Filed In Alleged Street Racing Incident

The April 24th incident, which police are calling a street racing incident, has seen it's first lawsuit filed.

Christy Breece, a passenger of a Tahoe involved in the incident died of her injuries on May 2nd.  James Breece, the father of the two surviving children has filed a wrongful death lawsuit of their behalf against Sutton's estate and the alleged drag racers, O'ryan Daniel Dominguez and Jacob Martinez.  Sutton died at the scene.  Breece seeks monetary damages and punitive damages.

Most notably, the lawsuit alleges the incident was not street racing but an escalation of a dispute with a history of violence amongst the participants.
