Erwin Pawn Tradio Show Wildly Misses Super Bowl Prediction

It was another Saturday of buying, selling and trading on The Erwin Pawn Tradio Show.

It was Super Bowl weekend but that didn't stop us from hosting another edition of want ads on the radio.  We do it every Saturday from 9-Noon.

THE BIG QUESTION

We ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items.  Being Super Bowl weekend we wanted to know if you were going to take in the game.  We also asked those that planned to watch who they thought would win the game.

Are you watching the Super Bowl?

Yes - 23

No - 13

Our 23 watchers picked Denver to win 19-4.  I also expected Denver to win.  Of course we were all wrong with Seattle winning the big game in a blowout.

RULE #6

Along with the regular rules of the program I always bring you a special Rule #6.  This week I kept with the Super Bowl theme and focused on a common party foul that many commit.

I was thinking of chips and dip and how many of those watching the Super Bowl would be eating large amounts during the game.  If you are at a party it is important to adhere to this week's rule.

Rule #6: Don't double dip your chips.

One dip per chip please.  Going in for a second dip is like slamming your face in the dip.
