Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon Took In The Fireworks

The day after the 4th of July we presented another three hours of buying, selling and trading on The Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon.

We turn the KIXZ airwaves over to your every Saturday morning so you can buy, sell and trade.  We had a fairly busy show considering it was a holiday weekend.  Hopefully you tuned in or called in and found the show useful.

THE BIG QUESTION

We ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items.  Sometimes it's silly and others topical.  It helps us get to know our participants a little better and provides a running theme throughout the show.

Did you see fireworks?

Obviously the majority of our participants either shot off their own or took in the any of the numerous displays around the city and the area on Friday.

RULE #6

We have 5 specific rules of the program and we bring them to you at the beginning of each hour on the show.  Sometimes it is inspired by something that happened to me over the previous week and other times it's an attempt at poor man's observational humor.  This week I adapted a common disclaimer into this week's rule.

Rule #6: Liberally apply the Trade-A-Thon to the affected areas.
