Early Voting In Upcoming Election Now Open

There's an election coming up November 5th but the polls are open early.

Early voting for the November 5th election is open until November 1st.  There are many issues on the ballot.  The big item locally is a $31.5 million bond for the proposed Amarillo Recreation Complex or ARC.  There are also 21 proposed amendments to the city charter.

Statewide there are nine proposed constitutional amendments including  water funding plans and tax exemptions for veterans.
