Don’t Claim A Mouse-In-Your-Soda Until You Read This
I guess we've all thought about it once or twice. Pulling the old mouse-in-my-sode or bug-in-my food trick. To successfully pull this off here is a protip.
In 2009 Ronald Ball says he bought a Mountain Dew from a vending machine at work. The drink made him violently ill. He poured the soda into a cup and discovered a mouse. Or that's what he claims.
The case has finally made it to its day in court. Pepsi has moved to dismiss the case and has a pretty icky reason.
An expert for Pepsi in the case has testified that if a mouse did get in there it would have dissolved in the soda long before someone could drink it. He even claims the mouse would have become a "jelly like" substance.
