Despite Ban, Bath Salt Use On The Rise And Still Very Dangerous

Last September Texas banned the chemicals commonly found in Bath Salts.  Despite this, use of the substance is on the rise in the Panhandle and it is making people sick.

The side effects run the gambit.  Suicidal thoughts, brain hemorrhages and a desire to consume human flesh have all at one time or another been attributed to Bath Salts.

With school about to start authorities are expecting to see use of these designer substances to increase despite the ban.  Unfortunately they are still available from certain retailers and shutting them all down has proven problematic.

President Obama signed a bill in July banning some of the chemicals used to manufacture these diabolical substances.
