John Edwards Chipper In Newly Released Mugshot

For a man who had just been arrested, former US Sen. John Edwards sure looks chipper in his mugshot, which was released on Wednesday.

The one-time vice presidential hopeful was arrested in June on conspiracy and campaign law violation charges, to which he pleaded not guilty.

Sources say that Texas Governor Rick Perry is on the cusp of making an announcement for a Presidential Run in 2012. In light of the implosion of Newt Gingrich's campaign and information stating that there is a large East Coast interest in Perry's candidacy have spurred Perry to the edge of running. Amarillo Area Counties Ban The Use And Sale Of Fireworks

The question has been up in the air for a while now and we have now gotten our answer. Potter, Carson and Armstrong counties have temporarily banned the sale and use of any fireworks. These counties made a disaster declaration to Perry, and waiting on approval for a 30 day extension to reach through the July 4th holiday. Randall County has made no such declaration.
