Canyon Farmers Market A Little Closer To Reality

Canyon got a little closer the its own Farmers Market yesterday.

The meeting was held to cover rules governing membership, what can and can't be sold, water availability, documentation of items, and health guidelines.  The City of Canyon is fully behind the effort.

The Square will be the site of the new Farmers Market with it open on Saturdays from 8am until everything is sold out.

The next meeting is April 28th with the opening day for the market expected to be June 1st if everything goes smoothly.
