Eastern New Mexico scored 28-straight points in the second half en route to a 28-14 victory Saturday evening in the 30th Wagon Wheel Game over West Texas A&M.

The Buffaloes offense had trouble moving the ball all night and ended up managing just 154 total yards and seven first downs. The Greyhounds rolled up 447 yards, including 362 on the ground, which enabled Eastern to dominate time of possession.

WT and ENMU are all-square in the Wagon Wheel at 15-15 and all even at 16-16 overall.  The Greyhounds have won five of the past six overall and four of the past five in the Wagon Wheel Game.

The Buffs fall to 2-3 on the season and 1-2 in Lone Star Conference play while the Greyhounds move to 4-1 overall and 3-1 in the LSC.
