BPI Plans To Go To Court To Defend Defamation Over ‘Pink Slime’

BPI was embroiled on controversy earlier this year over the somewhat unappetizing, yet totally edible and safe finely textured beef products.  Know by it’s unflattering and slang term ‘pink slime’.

The controversy caused 200 full time jobs to be lost at the BPI plant in Amarillo.

It is unclear exactly whom BPI plans to sue but they are definitely getting litigious.
