Borger Police Make First Synthetic Drugs Arrest

Recently Borger passed a new ordinance to combat synthetic drugs.  They made their first arrest for violating the law yesterday.

Drew Alexander Pollock, 27, of Pampa was arrested at Elemental Trading at 703 West 10th.  He was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Group 2A over 4 grams.

He faces a maximum penalty of Imprisonment for Life and a fine not to exceed $10,000.

The investigation is ongoing and there could be more arrests.
