Borger Police Arrest Two After Robbery And Standoff

New York City Sees Spike In Shootings With 16 Murders In 5 Days

Two people were arrested Saturday in Borger after an armed robbery and a standoff with Borger Police.

Borger Police were called to a convenience store before 6:00am Saturday morning.  Following an investigation police were led to the 1000 block of Thrams.  The two suspects were inside and were apprehended after a short standoff with police.

Rodger Dale Daniels, 36 and Natalie Sue Daniels, 28 were both arrested and charged with Armed robbery and Possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

Rodger Daniels was also charged with two counts of theft of a firearm.
