Yesterday Potter County Officials responded to a report of a possible bomb threat on a Greyhound bus.

The bus driver was alerted to the threat and pulled over and evacuated the bus.  The bus stopped on I-40 near the US 287 split.

The Amarillo bomb squad and the FBI were both called in.  There were no explosive devices found on board the bus.  The passengers were delayed over three hours while the bus was cleared.  Some traffic was also diverted around the bus while it was being searched.

Two men on the bus were arrested for making a terroristic threat.  They were booked into Potter County.

The names of the men have not been released and the investigation is ongoing.
