I grew up in the Texas Panhandle. It’s home! I love the people and I absolutely love this community. Amarillo has a big heart! I started my radio career in 1995 when I walked into the Broadcasting Department of WTAMU. In 2001, I joined Mix 94.1 crew on Middays. In my free time, I spend time with the love of my life, hanging out on the patio and listening to music, and laughing. I love spending time with my son going to museums and talking about history, learning about Legos and of course everything having to do with Star Wars. He's also a music lover and he loves all the genres, from Classical to Current hits. When I have extra time, I love reading a good book, however I need some great book suggestions so send them my way. I will admit though, my Netflix addiction does take away from my reading, and it has a habit of completely stealing my Sundays. Thank you so much for spending a part of your day with me!

Honesty and Humor is How You Sell a Van on Amarillo Craigslist
When it comes to selling stuff on Craigslist, you just post it and hope for the best. When it comes to selling something on Craigslist and hoping it goes viral, it takes honesty and a ton of humor.
Take the Time to Enjoy the Little Things Like Stars and Sunsets
Three things we take for granted in life are sunrises, sunsets and stars. I think those are some of the most beautiful things God created (not counting you of course). We are always so busy in our lives that we don't stop and enjoy the little things.
Amarillo is Not Lucrative for Flipping Houses
I have this odd obsession and that is watching house flipping shows. I will get up early on a Saturday morning to watch multiple episodes of Flipping Vegas and Zombie House Flipping. I love these shows and deep down I find myself thinking, hey I could flip a house. Then reality sets in and I come back down to Earth.
