Thanks to the Texas Railroad Commission's approval of the rate hike you could be paying around $3.24 per month, starting this month on your bill.

There are all sorts of reasons given for the rate hike but all them amount to basically Atmos wanting more money.  It's nice when you have a monopoly in town.
