Atmos In Amarillo Reimbursing Overcharged Customers

Atmos contracts out a vendor to do their billing.  That biller made quite the overcharge to nearly 2300 Atmos customers on Sunday.

The affected customers are on a automatic pay plan and saw their credit and debit cards overcharged on the drafts.  Some of the drafts were ten times the amount of their usage.

Atmos has contacted all affected customers and have offered to pay any fees or charges resulting from the overcharge.
