It isn't all work all the time on the International Space Station.

The orbit of the space station is always decaying a teeny bit due to atmospheric drag.  There isn't much air up there but just enough to slow things down.

Over time the station's orbit decays and action must be taken to ensure the station doesn't burn up in the atmosphere.

NASA astronauts on board the station filmed this video to demonstrate Newton's First Law: an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force.

Thanks to the free fall weightlessness the space station moves around the astronauts while they stay stationary.
