FREMONT, Ohio (AP) — Police in northern Ohio say they've arrested the suspect in a weekend shooting at a bar that left three men dead, including an off-duty officer.

Fremont police say they took 33-year-old Igmidio Mista into custody Monday morning shortly after issuing an arrest warrant for him.

The warrant charges him with three counts of murder.

Police say they found Mista at a Fremont home and arrested him without incident. It wasn't immediately clear who his lawyer was.

The shooting early Sunday at the Last Call Bar in Fremont left an off-duty police officer dead, along with one of his relatives and a bartender.

Relatives of two of the victims told two media outlets that the shooter punched one of the victim's wives before leaving the bar and returning with a gun.
