Another Day, Another I-40 Bust. 156 Pounds Worth

I-40; the interstate of vacation dreamers and drug mules.  Guess which one went to jail yesterday?

The DPS was minding it's own business on Tuesday around 4pm, looking for minor traffic violations.  On I-40, minor traffic violations are kind of like a box of chocolates.

Inside this moving box of minor traffic violating chocolate, the DPS found a marijuana filled one.  As in 156 pounds of the illicit weed valued at $59,799.

They also found Ryan J Hutchinson, 33 and Kristen S Peck, 32 amidst the four large aforementioned bundles of pot.

The pair were arrested and booked in the Carson County Jail.

The drugs were allegedly on its way to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
