With the cancellation of the parade of lights, families are trying to find different activities to participate in.  The Amarillo Zoo is giving you and your family a fun time with Zoo Lights Safari!

They have decked the halls, trees, bushes and everything but the animals with holiday lights.  The Zoo will share the spirit and sounds of the season for six nights only. You can stroll the zoo grounds, drink some hot chocolate and enjoy different caroling groups.  Of course, you get to see all the awesome zoo animals!

And of course, the night wouldn't be complete without a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus.  Yes, Santa will be there!  Plus, there will be different activities for the kids to enjoy.

At 7:00pm each night, there will be a special reading of “T’was a Night Before Chirstmas."

It is going to be a fun time for the entire family, so make plans to be there.  The Amarillo Zoo Lights Safari will take place on December 13, 14, 20, 21, 22 & 23

There is a fee to get into the zoo, but it is a small price for priceless memories.
