Amarillo Municipal Court Adds New Warrent Notification System

If you have an outstanding warrant with Amarillo's municipal court the city wants to talk to you.

A new phone notification system has been enabled by the city.  People with outstanding warrants for traffic citations and/or misdemeanor citations could soon be getting an automated phone call.

In addition to the calls the city already utilized mailers and online listings of the offenders.

The Amarillo Police Department will also be putting extra officers on warrant enforcement.  If you have outstanding warrants with the city you could be getting a phone call, a visit or mail.

Or all three.
