Amarillo Man In Hot Water For Impersonating Fire Marshal

It isn't even Halloween yet but some are going around in disguise.

Dustin Mark Fuller was arrested August 28th and charged with impersonating a public servant and tampering with a government record.

Mr. Fuller decided it was a good idea to enter a business and order them to close.  He also presented a bogus certificate telling them their building was unsafe.

He faces up to two years on the tampering.  On the impersonating he could get up to 10 years.
