Amarillo Man Arrested For Discharging Weapon During Dispute With Neighbor

Early in the morning on July 5th Amarillo police were called to respond to a dispute between two neighbors.

Around 2:15am police were sent to the home in the 1000 block of Southwest 14th.  The caller stated there was a man with a gun threatening him.  A second call to police reported the man had fired a shot.

Officers were able to locate a suspect, Nicholas Jordan Foust, 27.  He was booked into Potter County on one charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
