Amarillo Arrest Woman Found With Over 120 Stolen Posessions

On Tuesday, February 10th Amarillo Police executed a stop for a traffic violation near Amarillo Boulevard and McMasters.

The vehicle was occupied by four individuals who all became suspicious as they were apparently attempting to conceal contra\band.  The officers removed all occupants for a warrant check and they all came back clear.

During the stop the officers were given consent to search the vehicle.  Officers found a red and black backpack and a nylon zipper bag in the backseat.

The woman, who was sitting in the back seat claimed the bags were hers.  One bag contained narcotic paraphernalia including syringes, crack pipes and baggies with narcotic residue.  The other bag held several dozens of pieces of identifying information not belonging to the woman.

She was arrested and booked into Potter County on various charges.
